Christmas Made In The South Comes Early This Year

Columbus, GA, Aug. 6, 2018 – The 28th Annual arts and crafts show, Christmas Made in the South®, returns to Columbus a little early this year.

The show returns to its regular venue, the Columbus Convention and Trade Center, and is usually held in November but this year’s show will be held October 26 through 28.

The show is the best place to find handmade in America crafts, jewelry, artist paintings, photographs, pottery and, as always, unique gourmet foods.

A highlight of the show is the fact that the artists and crafts people are on hand at their booths to answer questions or tell the stories of how unique pieces came to be.

On a positive note, with the show’s early date this year, it’s possible that you may be able to place an order for something unique and get it in time for Christmas.

Admission price is $7 which is good for all three days if you get your hand stamped. Children under 12 are free.

Show hours:

  • Friday – Oct. 26 – 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday – Oct. 27 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday – Oct. 28 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
